According to the Order of the Ministry of Health No. 246 dated 21.05.2007, employers are obliged to organize and conduct preliminary, periodic preventive medical examinations of employees.
The purpose of preventive medical examinations according to order 246:
- Timely detection of early signs of acute and chronic occupational diseases, general and production-related
- Providing dynamic monitoring of patients’ health in conditions of harmful and dangerous production factors and work processes
To complete the medical examination according to order 246, you need to visit at least five doctors:
- Surgeon
- Ophthalmologist
- Therapist
- Otolaryngologist
- Neuropathologist
- Gynecologist (for women)
You need to take tests and undergo medical examinations:
- Complete blood count
- Blood sugar test
- Urinalysis
- Chest X-ray
- ECG
